How much does it
cost?
There are three very economical and affordable
ways of enjoying More than Meals. Each meal
serves 4 to 6 people, and you can opt
for a 12 meal plan for $228.00, a 6 meal plan for $134.00,
or a three meal plan for $72.00. We accept pay pal, checks, MasterCard
and Visa. If you will be paying by check via the
mail, please be aware that we must receive
payment in full 4 days before your scheduled
gathering time.

What if I want to
use More Than Meals but just don’t have the time
to make it over there for a gathering?
More than Meals offers a pick-up service for an
additional $25.00 more and a delivery service
(within a 10 mile radius of More than Meals) for
an additional $40.00. As it is important to get
the items into the freezer shortly after they
leave the More than Meals premises, both of
these options have to be discussed and
pre-arranged with More Than Meals.

How many people
are allowed at each gathering?
While there are always exceptions, More than
Meals currently only has room to accommodate 12
people prepping comfortably. The More than Meals
staff wants to be able to interact with
everyone.

How many people
does each meal serve?
All of our menu choices serve 4 to 6 people. On
occasion we will be offering “singles nights”
(or prepping for date nights!) during which
smaller portions will be offered but those will
only be available for these rare occasions!

What should I
bring?
A smile, a willingness to have a good time and a
cooler or laundry basket for transporting your
goodies home. All of the containers that you
will need are provided by More than Meals!

Is there anything I should do before I arrive?
Just make certain you have enough space in
your freezer :)

How often do the
menu choices change?
Our menu choices change monthly. If there is a
favorite of your families, arrangements can be
made to accommodate special requests. Each month
through the newsletter, there will be polls
taken for favorite dishes. At the end of the
year, there will be a “fabulous favorites” month
when all of the winners will make a special
return appearance.

Are there any
“drop in” times?
Because of the structure of the gatherings,
there are currently no “drop in” sessions. For
those who can’t make it out in the evening
because of babysitting constraints, work
schedules, etc. More than Meals offers
“express sessions”. Express sessions are all
about putting the food together and getting out
the door to pick-up someone at soccer or make
that important appointment. Just sign up for an
express session through the website and let us
know your menu selections.

Can
I bring a child to my session
While More than Meals understands that you want
to get your budding cook involved, currently,
the gatherings are limited to persons age 12 and
older. Please note that there will be several
special adult/child sessions scheduled
throughout the year. Stay tuned to our website
or sign-up for
the newsletter to be notified when
these sessions are going to be available.

Can
I cancel or postpone my scheduled gathering
time?
More than Meals realizes that life isn’t perfect
and that the unexpected happens everyday.
That is why there is a pick-up and drop off
service available. If cancellations are
made within seven days of your scheduled time,
you will receive a full refund. After 7 days,
there will be a 50% penalty as food will have
already been purchased to accommodate your
entrée selections. Please note that you cannot
cancel through the website. More than
Meals has to be notified directly of any
cancellations or postponements. |

I
can’t even boil water, is this going to be too
much for me?
You’re in good hands at More than Meals. The
staff will be by your side walking you through
the process step-by-step and answering any
questions you might have. The gatherings are not
meant to be looked at as stressful or as chores;
they are supposed to be fun and relaxing. The
More than Meals philosophy is to bring ease into
your life, not to bring more stress into it!

Is
it sanitary?
Utmost care and concern is given each meal and
gathering. Disposable gloves are distributed
between each meal. You and your family’s health
and well being are our main priority. We stake
our name and our reputation on it!

Can
I share my session with a friend
More than Meals is all about being with friends
and having a good time. You can each sign up for
the six meal option.

Can I order two
of the same menu choice?
Yes, menu choices can be made in any
combination. Have fun!

What are Express
Sessions?
More than Meals
is dedicated to simplifying your life. With that
in mind, we developed Express Sessions. These
sessions are are
all about getting in, getting it done and
getting out the door.
During Express
Sessions, we assist you in assembling your meals
cutting the meal preparation time by at least
25%. You may notice that Express Sessions have a
two or three hour window, feel free to come in
anytime during that time frame to assemble your
meals.
